Today, managers and leaders are faced with different challenges than those we traditionally have had to deal with. Demands and changes are increasing at an ever-increasing pace. In practice, this often leads us to work even more and harder.

An increasing sense of lack of time, for what we want and need to do, manifests and the balance between effort and recovery is lost. Stress and perceived inadequacy increase. About Ulrika

One of the best things I know is to notice that little glimmer of a spark in the eyes of someone who has just realized something. That instant when they understand something that they just a moment ago were not able to grasp or comprehend.

With over two decades of leadership experience as manager in various cross-functional and hierarchical levels within the private sector, I have deep knowledge and understanding of how to lead in complex environments. I am trained and certified in leadership and change management, and I have extensive experience of both individual coaching and coaching of groups (for example, management teams).

I have a degree from Chalmers University of Technology and have over the years since then continuously furthered my knowledge with emphasis on leadership, transformation, change management, and organization design and development. A couple of years ago I also trained as a Meditation Teacher & Coach.

I am motivated by creating conditions for others. My knowledge, experience and my passion lies within areas often referred to as leadership, personal development, coaching, mentoring, transformation, culture development, change management and organizational development & design.

Others describe me as creative, engaged, dedicated and structured. I help others see things in new ways, hold perspectives and challenge existing patterns of thought and behavior.

I am born and raised in Göteborg and I have lived in Stockholm since 2008. My soul dwell on the highlands of Småland, by our beloved lake.

I live by “It always starts with me” and “I always practice something” (even when I am not conscious of it).
